Barbara Cooper
Ms. Cooper has as an independent contractor to Sprocket Girl Creative and its parent company, VINFO for over 10 years. Barbara is a seasoned professional with 20 years of knowledge and design experience including logo design, sales materials, letterhead, brochures, website designs, ads, annual reports, identity systems, packaging, collateral and newsletters. Ms. Cooper is a versatile and collaborative designer with the ability to creatively and effectively meet goals on time and on budget.
Barbara's work has garnered awards from the American Institute of Graphic Arts, AR100, Art Director’s Clubs of Los Angeles and New York, Communication Arts Magazine, the International Association of Business Communicators, Print Magazine, and the Type Director’s Club, among others. Ms. Cooper's work has appeared in books and publications including California Graphic Design, Communication Arts Magazine, Critique Magazine, Graphics Packaging, How Magazine and many, many more.

Barbara Michalik
Barbara Michalik has worked with Sprocket Girl Creative and its parent company, Vector Information Systems, Inc. since 2002. She has managed development projects from inception to finish addressing the creative, technical and business aspects. As Creative Project Manager she has collaborated with programmers, designers, programmers, writers and photographers. Barbara has contributed as a business developer, project manager, and designer with the goal of keeping information architecture and return on investment as core principles.

Andrew Michalik
Andrew is a successful Enterprise Architect with proven ability to take business requirements and architect complete solutions. Mr. Michalik has experience through the whole project lifecycle: from product definition, to design and development, deployment to live, through maintenance and enhancement. He has proven product craft skills utilizing dependency identification, critical path analysis, contingency planning and trade-off analysis between time, quality, and cost.
Andrew is a seasoned Technical Manager skilled at establishing credibility with engineering leaders in matrix organizations as well as customer facing teams. His demonstrated superior business judgment and strategic planning combined with a strong combination of Business, Process, and Technical consulting knowledge make him an invaluable member of our team. Atom Smith and Hydraulic Clown Head, have worked with Vinfo and Sprocket Girl Creative for over 4 years creating graphics and boutique music. While Atom specializes in audio production and commercial graphics, his company is able to provide photography, video editing and fine art.
